During the Olfaction & Perspectives Congress, the lunch break will take on a sensory dimension with a mixology activity, at the crossroads of perfume, taste and creativity.
Mixology is the art of designing cocktails like composing a perfume: careful selection of raw materials, balance of notes, construction of a sensory signature.
A discipline where smell plays a central role, just as in perfumery.
This workshop will be led by Jean Charles Sommerard 🌞 , Perfumer-Creator & Mixologist, Founder of MAIE PIOU .
