This is what we will demonstrate to the speakers of the Olfaction & Perspectives congress session, entitled โEveryday odorsโ
On the program for this session, gastronomy and body odors with:
โ To start this session, a conference by Hirac GURDEN from ย CNRS, Functional and Adaptive Biology Laboratory (BFA), which will talk to us about gastronomy with its conference "At the table! Beyond the taste, the flavor of the food",
โ And then a conference by Camille FERDENZI, from the Neuroscience Research Center of Lyon, who will present her studies on the transmission of positive bodily emotions in humans.
โ And finally, Alexandra DESTREZ, Center for Taste and Food Sciences, will talk to us about the โ Perception of human emotional odors by farm animalsโ
