Olfaction & Perspectives: Perfumes of tomorrow
How can the science of olfaction and new technologies create the โperfumes of tomorrowโ?
It is to these issues that the three speakers of one of the four sessions of the congress, entitled โPerfumes of tomorrowโ will endeavor to address:
- Anne-Sylvie TIXIER, Deputy Director of the IUMR at the University of Avignon, will present innovative approaches to the extraction of essential oils and floral waters according to the vision of Farid CHEMAT, specialist professor,
- Claire DE MARCH, research fellow at ICNS Paris-Saclay, winner of the Irรจne Joliot- Curie โYoung Woman Scientistโ 2023 prize, will talk to us about AI capable of predicting olfactory perceptions and interactions between receptor atoms olfactory and odorous molecules,
- Yohan ATTAL, CEO and co-founder of My Brain Tech who will speak with the following topic "Forging the future of perfumes thanks to ecological neurophysiological dynamics: an exploration based on EEG".
This congress, organized by COSMETICVALLEY & ISIPCA, aims to discover or rediscover this meaning and its importance in all areas: health, well-being, environment, behavior, etc.
The 2024 edition of the congress will answer in particular the following question: How have the crises (health, social, climatic or energy) of recent years impacted our relationship with the world of smells and olfaction?
