COMET Congress Review - January 22 & 23, 2025

On January 22 and 23, the COMET congress brought together more than 200 experts in the field of testing and measurement.

The opportunity to take stock of this 5th edition, held in person in Cergy Pontoise, and broadcast remotely.

The COMET congress in a few figures:

• More than 200 participants , for a record turnout.
• 30 speakers , academic and industrial, for two days. Congratulations to all for the quality of your conferences
• 18 members of the scientific committee, who have worked for a year on developing the program.

• 4 loyal partners : CY Cergy Paris University , the Cergy Pontoise Agglomeration, Réseau Mesure, and CY Tech
• 1 “Young Researcher” prize awarded to Skinosive for the presentation of their work to analyze the anti-UVA effectiveness of their bioadhesive filter presented by Amélie Dupont .
• 1 “Innovative Industry” prize awarded to BioHive for Cécile NAIT ’s poster presenting the organoid model developed by the company, integrating dermis and epidermis but also melanocytes, hair follicles, sensory neurons to mimic in vitro the skin in vivo.
• 1 “Academic Research” prize awarded to the University of Rouen Normandy , CBSA_Lab laboratory for its work presented by Victoire Bohuon carried out in collaboration with the company BIOGALENYS on the study and understanding of interactions between nanoparticles and skin bacteria during transmembrane passage.
• 1 evening of the congress dedicated to skating, with a secret number of falls on the ice :)
• More than 200 smiles throughout these two days!
