• Explain how rituals, standards, job balancing, flows, TRS, SMED, and quality control have a very significant impact on the company's agile productivity.

• Time control: takt time, target cycle time
• Taking a step back from flows, kaizen approach

• Format: Face-to-face, 1 day (7 hours)

• Dates: 2 possible sessions > Thursday, September 18, 2025 or Thursday, December 4, 2025
