Experimental means
Medium-heavy equipment :

-250 MHz 1H/13C NMR spectrometer and 400 MHz Multinucleus NMR spectrometer
-Mass spectrometers and triple quadrupole mass spectrometer in single MS and tandem MS/MS modes
-Separative methods coupled with mass spectrometry (gas chromatography (GC), thin layer chromatography (HPTLC), liquid chromatography (UHPLC), supercritical phase chromatography (SFC), capillary electrophoresis (CE), centrifugal partition chromatograph (CPC).
-UV diode array detectors, evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD).
-Microwave extractor (MAE), ultra sonic extractor (UAE), pressurized solvent extractor (ASE), supercritical fluid extractor (SFE).
