Artificial Intelligence: TechCorner - A new skin diagnostic tool
Techcorner 2022: SOAP device - Artificial Intelligence at the service of the skin.
This area highlights the new technological innovations developed by CNRS researchers.
For the 2022 edition, the SOAP skin diagnostic device will be presented.
This device was developed within the ICube laboratory of the University of Strasbourg, by the TRIO – Remote Sensing, Radiometry and Optical Imaging and IMAGES – Images, Modeling, Learning, Geometry and Statistics teams.
Researchers Jihad Zallat and Christian Heinrich will be present at Techcorner 2022 to present their SOAP device, which allows the study of the skin via the combination of spectropolarimetry and AI.
This AI processing is based on Machine Learning technology.
What applications for cosmetics?
This Innovation will make it possible to diagnose the condition of the skin and provide information concerning the condition, roughness and collagen content. This diagnosis will allow people to be directed to specific and personalized products for the condition of their skin.
An innovation to allow even more CUSTOMIZATION.
