Why a Beauty Accelerator?

Suppliers in the cosmetics sector are facing major challenges in the digitalization of their value chain and in ecological and environmental transition.
To help them meet these challenges, the government, Bpifrance and FEBEA, with the support of Chanel, Clarins, L'Oréal, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Pierre Fabre and Yves Rocher, are launching the Beauty Accelerator.
The mobilization of major beauty clients for the development of their suppliers marks an important milestone for the sector and will be the strength of this accelerator.

The objectives of the Beauty Accelerator

• Anticipate the expectations of your customers and principals by accelerating your digital transformation
• Gain agility in your supply chain by relying on the industry of the future and innovation
• Control changes in your business model
• Design and develop a responsible and sustainable offer

What is the content of the program?

Benefit from an intensive 18-month course including tailor-made advice, a group training course and networking to develop lasting relationships with your peers.

Program details:

• A consulting path depending on the size of your company:
  For companies with a turnover between 2 and 10 M€: 12.5 days
  For companies with a turnover of more than €10 million: 30 days
• The University with 6 days of training accompanied by SKEMA Business School
• Sector meetings with 4 sector days dedicated to the challenges of the sector, 2 days of business meetings and networking with the entire Bpifrance ecosystem, FEBEA and the major clients in the sector

Who is this program for?

You manage an SME or an ETI in the beauty sector: formulation, R&D, equipment, manufacturing, packaging and distribution
And your business meets the following conditions:

• A turnover of more than €2 million
• More than 10 collaborators
• At least 3 years of existence

Do you have control over your company's strategic orientations and investment decisions?
And you are motivated, endowed with ambition for your business, ready to challenge and be challenged?

What is the price of the program?

• For companies with a turnover of between €2 and €10 million: €2,667 excluding tax / quarter with payment in 6 installments, i.e. a total balance payable for the company of €16,000
• For companies with a turnover of €10 million or more: €5,000 excluding tax / quarter with payment in 6 installments, i.e. a total balance payable for the company of €30,000
