A reading of Claude Monet's correspondence, by the actor Günther Vanseveren, associated with the discovery of the perfumes composed by the students of the Givaudan school, reconstituting the smells of the Seine and Claude Monet's boat-workshop, will immerse you in the daily life of one of the greatest impressionist painters.

✅ To start this session, a conference by Hirac GURDEN from   CNRS, Functional and Adaptive Biology Laboratory (BFA), which will talk to us about gastronomy with its conference "At the table! Beyond the taste, the flavor of the food",

✅ And then a conference by Camille FERDENZI, from the Neuroscience Research Center of Lyon, who will present her studies on the transmission of positive bodily emotions in humans.

OLFACTION & PERSPECTIVES CONGRESS – “OLFACTION & HEALTH WELL-BEING” SESSION

The sense of smell plays a vital role in human health.

This is what we will demonstrate to the speakers of the Olfaction & Perspectives congress session, entitled "Olfaction & Health/Well-being"

On the program for this session:

To begin this session, a conference by Françoise Couic Marinier from the company Au Bonheur d'Essences, who will speak on the subject "Odors and emotions: How to take care of our emotions thanks to natural odors",

And then a conference by Thomas Similowski from the R3S Department (Respiration, Resuscitation, Respiratory Rehabilitation, Sleep) - UMRS 1158 Inserm-Sorbonne University, La Pitié-Salpêtrière, who will speak on the relationship between breathing and olfaction and how the latter can improve suffering respiratory in some people,

And finally, Pascale Fontaine from AMOI Parfums, will talk to us about the importance of well-being and emotion in olfactory creation.
