The SENSORY congress will address this theme in its first session, with the problem: how to reconcile the desire for eco-design and sensory performance?
Professionals, academics and industrialists, will provide answers on subjects such as solid cosmetics , eco-responsible packaging or even eutectic solvents . At the end of the session, we will also have the opportunity to open the debate in the Fashion sector.

On March 23, the fifth edition of the SENSORY Congress will take place

In an increasingly anxiety-provoking world, both socially, environmentally and economically, the well-being provided by the sensory experience is more than ever an essential element for men and women.

Perception, sensation and emotion are activated, intertwined and evolve, driven by the ambivalence between the development of new technologies that disrupt the sensory approach, and the growing expectations of sustainability.

The opening conference will be held by David LE BRETON, Anthropologist from the University of Strasbourg . The morning will be devoted to sensory eco-design and will be presented by   Anne-Marie PENSÉ LHÉRITIER of FRM GaleSens and Patrice BELLON of Cosmoscent . The afternoon will focus on technology and will be moderated by Sylvie MARRUL - TUFEU from Yves Rocher and Arnaud AUBERT from the University of Tours .

We will have the pleasure of welcoming professors from Lille, Tours, Paris and Lyon , brand managers such as Yves Rocher, L'Oréal and Pierre Fabre, as well as numerous lecturers, researchers and laboratory engineers.

Round tables that will address sensoriality will be offered before the awarding of the poster prize that will close the event.

The congress will be held in person at the Palais des Congrès in the city of Tours , as well as in webinar, all on registration .
