COSMETIC 360: TECH CORNER 2024
This zone, the TECH CORNER, in partnership with the CNRS and COSMETIC VALLEY, highlights each year the most innovative technologies, developed within the research laboratories.
For this anniversary edition, the technology presented will come from the collaboration between the Reactions and Process Engineering Laboratory (LRGP) and the European Center for Research and Training in Glass Arts (Cerfav).
This extraction process from hyperaccumulator plants makes it possible to decontaminate the soil of metals and obtain a material rich in coloring compounds.
This collaboration thus allows a revaluation of the material as a component for the shaping and coloring of glass in cosmetics.
Thus, this innovation opens the way to the integration of more virtuous raw materials in the coloring of glass .
