COSMETIC VALLEY, coordinator of the French perfumery-cosmetics sector, is also founder and pilot of the S3 “GO4cosmetics” partnership formalized in 2021 by the European Commission. Based on this mandate from the European Commission at the interface between companies, Regions, economic development agencies, research and training establishments and clusters, COSMETIC VALLEY implements actions for the recognition of the sector in accordance with to European industrial policies.

COSMETIC VALLEY already settled in Europe

June 20 promises to be a new key date for COSMETIC VALLEY. To celebrate our thirtieth anniversary, we had the honor of bringing together at the Château de Chambord nearly 500 players in the sector: professionals, decision-makers, researchers, local elected officials, State representatives and international partners coming from the four corners of the globe especially for the occasion.

This day full of emotions was punctuated by a General Assembly, a Board of Directors, a #30th anniversary ceremony chaired by Stéphane Bern, and ended with an exceptional dinner in the famous staircase room double revolution.

This gathering was an opportunity to highlight the achievements and advances of our sector, and to celebrate together three decades of innovation and industrial success. With more than €21 billion in exports, cosmetics are the 2nd sector that generates the highest trade surplus. Almost all regions of France have a positive trade balance.
